Account and learning information
TutoDemy may store email, full name, optional student level, target exam, school, avatar, practice attempts, saved reviewers, unfinished exam sessions, tutor booking requests, learning goals, reviews, and support inquiries.
Public profile and private verification
Approved public tutor profiles may show display name, photo, biography, subjects, exam specializations, learner levels, teaching modes, general location, availability, education, credentials summary, experience, session rate, ratings, and completed-session statistics.
Contact details, identity files, credential documents, references, application decisions, administrator notes, payment references, platform-fee information, and tutor earnings records are restricted to the tutor and authorized administrators.
Scheduling and transaction status
Booking records may include the learner and tutor account IDs, proposed schedule, subject, learning goal, teaching mode, general meeting details, session rate, booking amount, payment-confirmation status, status history, and verified review.
TutoDemy does not ask users to place wallet PINs, passwords, complete bank credentials, card numbers, or unnecessary home-address details in booking notes.
Device storage and protected account data
Learning progress may be retained on the current device and synchronized to the user's account when logged in. Access controls limit account and booking data according to user role and booking relationship. Tutor profile photos may be public after approval; verification files remain private.
Access, correction, export, and deletion
Users may update information available through their account and may request assistance with access, correction, deletion, tutor-record questions, or review disputes through TutoDemy's official contact channel.
